I was reading an article by Anthony Bourdain the other day about his meal in the kitchen of El Bulli where the most conventional dish he had was rabbit brain cannelonni... and I thought to myself
&That sounds delicious$I gotta get me sommathat&
Now I have an aversion to eating rabbit as I've owned a bunch over the course of my life, but I figured veal brains would do just fine as a replacement. Here's my forked question of impending doom:
A) Has anybody had a similar dish
B) If yes, was it not one of the best things you've ever eaten,
C) Is there anywhere I can try it in the Bay Area?
D) if no, do you know a good brainmonger
Fun fact: Brains are the fattiest part of any animal and therefore have the highest caloric content of any organ; if you're ever on a semi-deserted island, eat brains!
