i still like the bakery yet the chocolate tart was a let down. they ran out of the chocolate crossiants which were pretty darn good the 1st and only time i had them. (also, as a side note, the choc crosisants at amandine bakery on wilshiere are tremendous and only 2 bucks as opposded to the nearly 4 bucks for the ones at boule). and boule was packed once again, people are really taking to the place, but i agress that it's way too musuemy for my taste, why can't i get a delcious crossiant at a no fills bakery. i guess i'll never figure that one out.
but boule is still the best we've got outside of jin patisserie in venice. but jin is more about fine petite pastry cakes (which boule has none of, except for the choc tart). also, jin doesn't have any crossiants or madelines so they aren't exactly competitors.
