I bought the green almonds at the farmer's market. . .

now what do I do with them? I know you can just sort of eat them but I was wondering if there was something a bit more interesting.

I've made a liquor and a fortified wine with green walnuts but the green almonds don't seem to have as strong a flavor. I've got a recipe for a green almond conserve but have to say that the recipe refers to "strong almond flavor" which my green almonds don't seem to have.

Any ideas?
