Bouchon & Greystone Culinary Inst?

I have one dinner left for our outing to Napa. We are eating Gary Danko and Town Hall while in the city, Martini House & Auburge du Soleil our first two nights in Napa.

I thought about either Bouchon or the Culinary Institute. Really I was looking for something kind of different and out of the ordinary. That is why I threw the Culinary in the mix. I think we may be a little tired of the fancy stuff by then and looking for a different experince. Anyone?
