Where to get bottarga and authentic guanciale?

This talk of bottarga on Oliveto's menu has got me hankering for some. Any ideas (SF preferred)?

Same with guanciale. I'd like to make amatriciana but was not happy with the guanciale from Niman Ranch; it just didn't taste like the guanciale I bought and cooked with in Italy. Ideas?
