I just have to tell you a story about the Boston Coffee Cake Company. I ordered 9 cakes from them a few days ago for Christmas. I received what I thought was a mass email from Mark Forman, the founder of Boston Coffee Cakes. He said there was apparently a problem with the shipping date. I called this morning and was told by an operator that everything was fine ... then got another call three hours later saying the order was on hold for an unknown reason. I emailed Mark back and said there was a problem. And ... 10 minutes later ... I actually got a call from Mark Forman ... the founder of Boston Coffee Cakes!!!! He assured me personally that the order would be executed to my specifications, and promised that there would be no glitches in the future! When was the last time you got customer service like that? Not only are the cakes absolutely delicious (I've been buying them for years as presents and they are a hit). But to get a call at 9:37 p.m. from the founder of a company is unheard of. This is the kind of business we should all support!
