A week ago i found a recipe of galician pie and the result was so delicious, that i wonder why i never ventured into spanish cooking before. I mean i cook paella at least once a week, and i own Paella book by Penelopa Casas, but i never really tried to cook anything beyond this. Any recommendations for a book on Spanish cooking? I checked the amazon.com, but i cannot find a lot there.
