Looking For Bone-in Pork Chops - PDX

Sir Loins | Feb 26, 200403:23 PM     5

Greetings Chowhounds,

I'm making smothered pork chops for dinner tomorrow night, and need a good resource for 1" thick (or more) bone-in chops. I want to avoid the "pre-basted for flavor" type of pork which Freddies and QFC carries. Wild Oats only carries boneless chops, and Gartner's is too far out of the way.

I'm hoping someone could recommend a worthy grocery store or a butcher near a grocery store in SE or NE PDX. I'm shopping tonight and need to keep the trip to one or two places, max.

Any suggestions? Thanks!
