I have to say that my last two meals at Bon Jung were extremely good. The quality has improved significantly since I started to order from there (and it was very good to begin with).
One roll that I absolutely recommend that isn't on the menu is the Haru maki roll. It's basically tuna and masago in a spicy mayo sauce with avacado wrapped in lettuce and then wrapped in rice paper. It comes with a ginger dressing dipping sauce. Although it's good on it's own the dipping sauce gives it a completely different flavor as it becomes a fusion of sweet and spicy.
Last night we had the sashimi dinner, which is plenty for 2 people. My only "complaint" is that it comes with albacore tuna, which I do not like, but they will substitute another fish by request. In addition to that we had the Haru maki roll, an Arizona roll (eel, masago and cucumber topped with yellow tail and scallions, seasoned with eel sauce and an hand roll each (spicy salmon and spicy tuna both with crunch).
