OK, so I made an asian inspired soup and was left with a sleeve of celery and and a big bunch of Bok Choy. I ended up simmering both of them together in chicken broth and then throwing it all in a blender to be pureed. So now I am left with a container of veggie base that I would like to use in soups. The taste is not strong but you can definitely taste the celery.
My thought was to use it as a base for soup, so do you have any soup recipes where I could add this to?
