A group of us have started the 12 week Body for Life program. The six meals per day I like. The working out I am learning to like. Learning to eat what is good and good for me is where I need help.
If anyone has gone down this path I am sure my group of friends would welcome new recipes or food ideas for good eating that is also good for us.
