If its not one thing, its another. This time it was the pulled pork sandwich.

I just ordered take out to bring home and the pork wasn't even pulled. Ugh. Thick chunks and long strands are not good.

I LOVE the USHG and its creations and Mark at Blue Smoke (manager) is a great guy...but please, please, please fix the consistency issues as it relates to the food.

They have mastered customer service and are even managing to get a good smoke ring going, but to not even properly chop up meat is disappointing.
