a few weeks back, Chef Katsu of Tama Sushi recommended a counterpart in OC. i believe i heard 'blue fin' in "corona del mar". lo and behold, after googling and other exhaustive searches, i came up w/ nought.
does anyone have any idea where/what this restaurant may be? Chef Katsu said the proprietor of 'blue fin' buys fish from the same DT market guys, etc.
