I need ideas. I am a senior level business professional who's passion for cooking and eating and traveling has slowly been taking over my life. I am soon to be a victim of downsizing and thought I'd take this oppotunity to look into a culinary career. I'm a natural organizer/leader and none-too-shabby writer, teacher and analyst. I know I don't have the stuff to be a professional chef and I don't want to have to start from the basement--I've been thinking admin in a culinary school but am open to other brilliant ideas or opinions. Anyone?
