Blaze Fast Fire'd Pizza - awful crust ruins everything

The crust is embarrassingly sub-standard - game over. It's round white bread, equally flavorless, puffy insipid foamy Crustable-like texture in some places yet wet, doughy and undercooked in others while the concept of chew or any sort of crispness seems to be a completely foreign concept. Airport pizza, food-court pizza, school cafeteria pizza - those are the places one would get a "crust" like this and to add insult to injury the Italian sausage tasted EXACTLY like Dominos' - I don't ever want to eat Dominos. If not for this fundamental product development screw up - there's no question a committee of corporate sycophants had to have signed off on this abomination they call a crust (all should be working in other professions) the place would be fine, if not outright decent because the service is terrific. This is a classic example of top-down business gone wrong with (I suspect) a deadly combo of know-nothing tech-bros and know less than nothing business people decide they can do something they know nothing about. Everything else is great - the state of the art ordering system, the branding with the cool boxes, the menu options, right up until we get to THE ACTUAL THING THEY ARE SELLING - THE PIZZA! The pizza, and the abomination they call a crust tastes like a group of people good at branding, online ordering systems, service and order fulfillment (the service for delivery was superb and super efficient) and real estate deals decided to get together and find a way to make money and at the very end, after no other good ideas came out decided "everyone likes pizza and it's a high-profit item so let's do that" to resounding cheers across the table. I'm not against corporate restaurants - eg. 800 degrees makes an excellent pizza, and when done well they can be quite good, but this one is just not. To be fair, my wife liked the cauliflower crust option, so it gets a star for that.
