Thanks to Tha Grooving Gourmet and others rec. of this place for green chile cheeseburgers on out trip around New Mexico.

Definitely worth at least 1 visit...do it early on I'll bet you'll stop in at another location somewhere along the way."

That rec. was dead on, my man. We first encountered a Lotaburger in Alamogordo and the GCCBs were GREAT. Added a jalapeno and the burger was off the hook. This was the first of 4 Lotaburger stops and it turned out to be the best. The others we tried were Carlisle in Albuquerque, Las Vegas and Tucumcari.

As a side note, we passed thru San Antonio after lunch so we were unable to try either Owl Cafe or Buckhorn, but noticed quite a few folks at both places.
