Blair/Chirac Lunch Menu

Gastronomie reports that the following was the Nov 24 menu for lunch between Blair and Chirac (with Raffarin at his side).

- Salade d'endives, noix confites, gorgonzola et poires au vinaigre de cidre (Salad of endive, confit walnuts, gorgonzola and pears in cider vinegar)

- Filet de porc rôti à la tomate et au thym, avec gratin de poireaux et de navets et légumes de saison (Filet of roasted pork with tomatoes and thyme, with a leek/turnip gratin, and vegetables of the season)

- Chocolat fondant.

- Vins. Rouge: Château Cheval Blanc 1983; blanc: Chassagne Montrachet Les Bergers 1997.
