Blackbird, Spring, Gibson's, Green Zebra, Cafe Spiaggia?

This is a totally loaded question, but I gotta ask it: If you had to pick one restaurant for your only night in town, which one?

Green Zebra
Cafe Spiaggia

Food is the most important factor (of course), but value and good experience count for a lot too. Good desserts get bonus points; attitude and deafening noise earn metaphorical noogies. BTW, must be able to get a table without a month's notice.

Oh yeah, being both lazy and a newbie to Chicago, I view proximity to the Drake an added virtue.

Thanks in advance, natives.
