I was in the mood for a NY chocolate egg cream a few minutes ago and pulled out my U-Bets Chocolate syrup when I realized I had no seltzer or milk. But I did have some half and half and dark cherry soda. So I whipped up a chocolate cherry egg cream that was absolutely decadent and creamy. I think it's a new invention since I never heard of it before. It tastes a lot like a Black Forest Chocolate Cherry cake but sooo much better... a Black Forest Egg Cream was born.
