I have once again narrowed down to some other bistros - Brasserie Lipp, Le Bistrot du Peintre, Chez George, Le Buisson Ardent.
Any experience at these places?
Just to add, I will be in town alone and can't do big portions...
Cheers in advance,
I know many great places will be closed in August - and, fortunately, unfortunately, I will be in Paris.
I have already booked for a dinner for myself at Arpege, and now I have been searching for that 'perfect' bistro for days and days.
I want a classic bistro serving classic food - nothing too modern or fusion, and came up with two with relatively good reviews on fork.com that are open for biz in August.
One is Le Petit Medicis in Luxemborg, and another one is called Chez Bubune on the Northern part of Pac Monceau.
I am curious if anyone had experiences at these two places. Also, it would be nice if you could recommend any other options for a classic bistro in August besides the ones I found.
