Went last night for yet another birthday justification and to find out what all the others have been posting about regarding chef/owner Laurent's cooking.
Well, in summary, it is worth it to try coming here with your choice of wine as they charge no corkage and have no abc license.
They do however have good seafood entrees, as the 3 of us shared the shrimp dish on the menu as well as two different loup de mer entrees, one a special and the other on the menu.
Appetizers included an artichoke confit, the scallop salad, and the mussels, all 3 of which were great at being what they were, yet the memory that lingers today is of those mussels - oh, my, what a sauce. And not overcooked in the slightest.
Bring a lighter weight red or a full-bodies white, not chard, and you should be ready to match most food items.
