The bistro cousin of Clementine (located across the street) is in process of reopening. Already open for lunch (Wed-Sun) and opening in August for dinner (Th - Sat). Menus are posted.
Lunch entrees include: Chicken Cesear salad, Cheese & Ham omelet, Mussels, and Steak-frites. Prices seemed quite reasonable ($8-$14).
There also must be quite a few specials of the day, as a worker came out and offered to recite them for me.
Only things I remember about the dinner menu were a goat cheese dish, a fish of the day, and that there seemed to be more desserts listed (6-7) than entrees (4-5), but specials may round that out.
