Birthday Dinner for 85-Year Old Near Delray

rockycat | Dec 14, 201412:59 PM     3

I've been tasked with finding a place to fete the 85 yo MIL for her birthday. I do not live in the area and most of the restaurants I've been to near Delray Beach cater to early bird diners.

We have a group of about 12, ranging in age from 12 to 85. The 12 yo is an adventurous diner but, on the whole, the group is split between foodies and whatever the antithesis of foodie might be.

Here is what I need:
a restaurant that can accommodate a table of 12
near Delray Beach
good quality food, but not too "challenging"
reservation likely to be available Friday night, Dec.26

It's a tall request, but can anyone help me with suggestions?
