Well, it got to the point where almost every time I open the freeze the result is an avalanche of frozen food. Obvious that a reorg is LONG overdue!
I dragged 2 laundry baskets into kitchen along with a chair to sit on... getting down and back up off the FLOOR is unfortunately becoming a literal pain. Having a Foodsaver meant NOTHING that was mysterious or freezer-burnt. Have food sorta in groups now... pork/sausage/bacon things together. Chicken, seafood, beef sorta separated. By the time I got to frozen veggies, containers of sauce/stock... space was again at a big premium.
I am swearing off buying ANYTHING that could need to go in freezer until there's a bit of breathing room in there! Tomorrow have to attach fridge. I KNOW I'm not the only one here who ends up like this. How do you manage your freezer real estate??
