Im going to a very chowish 4th of July party. I want to bring either an almond butter cake or white choc. challah bread pudding and serve a summer fruit sauce on the side, I figure either a berry or peachy/apricotish sauce would work nicely. At my farmers market last week I saw some wonderful Olallie Berries and am optimistic there will be more this week. Of course there are plenty of peaches and cherries to purchase should there not be any more Olallie berries. I have some pretty basic berry sauce recipes but Id like to do something special. If anyone has a sauce recipe that may fit the bill, will you please share it with me? Thank you in advance.
