Ben's Deli

joel | Mar 4, 2005 05:08 PM

I finally got down to 441 and Clint Moore and went to BEN'S and had a great pastrami and corned beef order. the meat was very tasty, the portion remakably small and the price remarkably high for this two small roll special but the taste of the deli was just wonderful so I should not complain I guess. The french fries were fresh and home made and I couldn't get a diet celery tonic to finish this trifecta..only the sugar version. The pickel and coleslaw dish was a good surprise but the taste of both the items was not the traditional old style I am used to making or getting from a restaurant. Any way, the service was great and the meat was a treat. Hope to hear your comments
