Belleville brunch - not so good

Really disappointing. Smoked fish plate (10 bucks) was just ludicrously tiny pieces of fish with a toasted bagel; "mediterranean eggs" (10 bucks) was just a couple of eggs with tomatoes, capers and barely any feta, tossed into an oven, then served by itself, no bread, no salad, no nothin, not filling at all; the merguez sandwich had barely any spices, was more like a medium rare lamb burger than anything (tasty, but not merguez at all). To top it all off, it took 30-40 minutes for this simple food to come out (yes, it was peak brunching hour, but still...), bread never came to the table, the waiter had to be chased down to get coffee. Blah, uninspired food.
