Bella Cucina Italian - Soledad Cyn in Newhall

Went there for dinner last night and had a very nice time. Service was great and the food was very good. We ordered the Bruscetta for app (theirs has cheese, tomato, garlic and basil) and it was delicious $7.99! If we would have known we were going to get the garlic knots, we probably would not have ordered them, but are glad we didn't know - mom said she thinks it is the best bruscetta she has ever had. We each had a glass of the house Chianti and that was good as well. I added a house side salad which was very good (romaine lettuce, carrots, olives and tomatoes with a delicious house-made Italian dressing).
I ordered the Linguini with Arrabiata sauce (no chicken) $9.99. It was pretty good (the capers were great!) but thinking back, I should have gone with my original choice and had the Linguini with Marinara sauce (but I often think like this). Regardless, it was very good. Mom ordered the Salmone with Penne (or something like that) which came with a pink sauce. She loved it. Tender pieces of salmon. She was in heaven.
We passed on dessert since we had so many holiday goodies waiting at home. Bill came to $50 before tip. The owner mentioned that they have another location (maybe on The Old Road?) as well.
If you are looking for decent Italian with nice ambeiance in the Santa Clarita area, you can't go wrong with this place!
Thanks!
