I have a few pounds of dried beans from the farmer's market - it's a blend of white, red and some other kinds I don't know. Last time I tried to make some, the flavor was good, but they were definitely mushy! I need some advice and inspiration.
How do I make them not mushy? And what should I put in them/serve them with? I'm not big on jerk seasoning or very spicy food.
