I cooked a pork shoulder with BBQ sauce in my crockpot last week. It came out very tender and delicious and we had great pulled pork sandwiches. But we got tired of that and I would like to have your suggestions as to what to do with the leftovers. I would like to avoid the "freeze it for later" option as much as possible. How can I recuperate it in a tasty and simple to prepare way? Someone on another board suggested making a pizza or calzones with it, but I would rather do something else.
