Taking a road trip between Denver and Memphis in search of the best BBQ. No sides just meat and sauce. Have KC and Memphis all set with previous trips, but this time dipping down to Oklahoma City, Tulsa and Littlerock and everywhere inbetween as needed to sample awesome BBQ.
In reference to my tastes I love Arthur Bryants Beef (KC) and Cozy Corners Ribs (Memphis) if that helps narrow the search. I love the non-chains single setup places when available.
