So where is the best basic red gravy joint in town? Y'know, the kind of place Frank and Dino might've gone for their Veal Parm fix while in town. Pietro's?
Bootlegger's Bistro? Mimo Ferraro's? Other?
While you're at it, what's the best Italian on the Strip? I read great reports from Bartolotta's (not basic Italian, I know) but being from New England, I'm a bit snobbish on my seafood, and generally would avoid it 3000 miles from home.
