Bardot Brasserie - New for Mina, Classic in Technique, and Generally Stunning

uhockey | Feb 1, 201505:07 PM     2

Once a fan of Michael Mina, but twice bitten by issues with service and cuisine here in Las Vegas, I went to Bardot Brasserie with four friends and was very impressed by what we saw. Ordering 15 plates to be shared, and comped the Champagne and Crudite, almost everything we were served rivaled the best of what is offered of French Brasserie cuisine in the US.
