Used this board for rec's while visiting from Boston over the weekend. Heard some mixed stuff about Barbuto but the menu looked good, and the seating open to the elements on a beautiful night such as friday was a no-brainer. Overall the food was quite good. Soft shell crab app was well seasoned and nicely paired with a peppery arugula. The normandy-style duck special sounded so good that hubby and I fought over who was going to order it. He won, and I went on a pasta rec from the server. A goat cheese and broccoli rabe pasta - which didn;t sound all that enticing on the menu - but I;m glad I took the rec. It was rich, succulent and the pasta was toothy and delic. The duck was deeply infused with flavor, lean, juicy. I had 2 caprinhas - yummy but perhaps not so strong.
Overall, delicious food, fairly priced in a trendy spot that was perfectg for the warm weather and great people watching.
