Obviously this is not as interesting as the Del Posto conversation going on below. But I wrote a letter to Barbuto about my experience a couple weeks ago (seated an hour late, no comps, etc.). I spoke to the manager who said they are working very hard as a team to reduce the wait time as many people with reservations are seated late. She said she will also send a gift certificate so we can try again. Just wanted to keep you posted.
