On Monday, Chef Cyril Renaud, former chef at Fleur de Sel, will re-open Bar Breton as La Quenelle. It has a new physical look and will have a new, more upscale menu, though certain lunch favorites from Bar Breton will remain.
Chef Renaud told us yesterday that he will dip into his personal wine cellar to add 2-3 bottles each of a few gems - mostly Burgundys.
Have had upwards of a dozen lunches at Bar Breton, looking forward to the new concept.
