All this talk of potassium got me wondering. I'm very lazy about food early in the day and have never been a breakfast person. I usually grab a banana from the corner deli on my way to work, and it holds me over til I get around to eating lunch, sometimes not til 2 or 3 in the afternoon. Is this nutritious enough? If not, I'd love suggestions for something to grab on the run. I'm not a great power bar fan, though I did go through a Luna Bar phase at one point. I'd love to hear the thoughts of ye wise ones.
