Bambuddha Lounge experience

Several weeks ago, I had dinner at Bambuddah Lounge in San Francisco. It was pretty good, but unfortunately the waiter spilled a glass of red wine on my expensive sport jacket. One of the owners told me to have the jacket cleaned and send her the bill. After cleaning, the jacket is better but not perfect. I faxed the bill but received no response after nearly a month. I then called the person who told me to send the bill. She seemed to know nothing about it. She then put me on hold for ten minutes. I hung up, called back and spoke to another employee, who said she "only worked" there but would try to get the owner to do something. While the amount of the bill isn't huge, I find this run around and lack of concern for customers extremely annoying. What would you do?
1. Forget it.
2. Tell them to pay for the value of the jacket since it is not perfect after cleaning.
3. Continue to ask them to pay the dry cleaning bill.
