Baltimore report

Just back! Stayed at the Marriott Waterfront, which was a quite nice - convenient location. Food-wise, we had lunch at John Steven's in Fells Point, decent lunch food, my husband loved the mussels, but made the mistake of ordering sushi, which was awful. Had a weird dinner experience, we went to Pierpoint, and I think they only sat two tables the entire night (Saturday). They did have a party of 5 cancel, but I was wondering what was up. Got a rec from a message here, but the tip sheet was closer, good, but not outstanding. My husband's soft shells were very good, and the mixed nut tart was excellent. My rack of lamb was charred outside, done ok inside, but the charred flavor was bad. Had a great breakfast at the Blue Moon Cafe - great mexican scramble, and the homefries! That is the way a breakfast potato should be! Shredded, tender, crispy golden on the outside, perfect in every way. Almost made me forget the half hour wait for the table.. Had a great time, so many more places to try! Thanks all!
