I tacked this question on to the end of the Irish Soda Bread thread, but I doubt anyone will be viewing it anymore. Need some help for tomorrow.
I want to make a recipe for soda bread using 2 cups of white flour. I'd like to split it and make two small round loaves. Do I need to change the baking time? Just watch it and check after 25 minutes or so?
It will be just flour, soda, salt, buttermilk. Thanks for your help.
