I used to cook meat, on the stove top, in my one room studio apt. Eventually, all my furniture became greasy and it was disgusting. A screen guard didn't help because there is a grease steam that gets everywhere. Nether did the range duct fan. Now I cook meat outside, always.
With baking....such as cornbread with 8 tablespoons of butter at 375 degrees, will this also produce a grease cloud that will escape the oven? It's never visible, so this is why I wanted to ask.
