In the past, I have bought my baking pans from KMart, Wal Mart, or Target. I have recently entertained the idea of possibly buying a better quality pan.
I was wondering if others find that it really makes a difference in their baking/cooking when using a better quality, more expensive pan or not?
Also, any ideas of brands I should look for that are in the middle of the range? I don't want something too expensive either but something that will be well worth it. I live in NYC.
