I have no problem turning on the oven during the blazing days of summer, but I have to admit I love a good no-bake dessert this time of year. What sweet treats are you making right now that don’t require heating up your kitchen?
I’ve made a few, like a peanut butter and chocolate mousse cake, but my favorite is still this Oreo cheesecake made with 2:1 yogurt to cream cheese. It’s barely sweet, tangy, and feels very light since it doesn’t contain cream. The gelatin is just enough to set it while still remaining creamy.
