Bakeware materials question

I have a set of WS Goldtouch which I do like but there are times when my square or 13x9 are occupied with dishes when I need them. Plus there are some dishes where I don't want to worry about scratching the pan when removing food, like lasagne. I really need them to fit to in my Breville Smart oven ( the full sized one), which means no handles on the 13x9.

I'm debating between Chicago Metallic commercial II line with the traditional finish but I'm concerned about reviews I've read complaining of rust. The other option is ceramic pans or I suppose even glass.

I do have a pyrex square pan I've had forever ( more than 20 years) but the new stuff gets lots of complaints of explosion. The downfall of ceramic is that it holds heat which is fine from some things but not others. Plus I've yet to find any that don't have handles that extend which would cause a problem in the toaster oven.

Have I missed any other options?
