baked tofu question

if i freeze my baked tofu (this is a dish i made, not the stuff that one can buy already prepared and shrink-wrapped in the supermarket), will i severely compromise its flavor and/or texture upon thawing? i'd probably be packaging in tinfoil, inside an air tight ziploc bag.
