Bahn Mi with more filling?

Minger | Mar 14, 2008 01:11 PM

I finally switched from bubble tea to trying the bahn mi at Song Que. (The one closest to the corner of the L in the main part of Eden Center.)

I got the #3, ham with pate. While I liked like the flavor combination, I found it too bready and light on the meat. I could barely taste the pate or ham. For low carbing and flavor's sake, I want a higher filling to bread ratio. Any other places -- or items on the Song Que menu -- that promises such a sandwich? (The sandwiches that I've had in France, from which the Bahn Mi is descended? are made with thin filling but also on thin baguettes and rich mayo.)
