Baby Cakes Vanilla frosting FAIL

So I wanted to make an alternative frosting to go with my cupcakes so my dairy sensitive friends could enjoy as well. I love the baby cakes frosting. I could probably eat it by the bucket. So when I set out to make it, I got a food processor full of liquid. After a few hours in the fridge, it's still just liquid. What did I do wrong? Anyone else experience the same problem?
