Ay Chung Taiwanese Noodle Chain Opens in Dallas Area

Chandavkl | Oct 19, 2005 05:08 PM

Ay-Chung Noodle, a well known Taiwanese noodle house chain has opened up a location in Richardson, after recently opening up U.S. branches in the Los Angeles and San Francisco area. I was kind of surprised to find Ay-Chung in Dallas on my visit there from California last week and people should welcome the fact that this chain chose Dallas as one of its United States beach heads. Ay-Chung specializes in rice noodle dishes as well as other moderately priced snack food, including the Taiwanese favorite known as stinky tofu. Believe me the fried stinky tofu is as gross smelling as anything I've ever had at a restaurant. They also have a good selection of boba drinks. Ay-chung Noodle is at 310 Terrace in Richardson, behind Maxim's.
