I love tiramisu, i prefer mine on the wet side. but i cannot remember the last time i had a good tiramisu that was not all cream or all cake, that wasn't dry or wasn't blah.
i hate to say this, i swear it's been several years--but i feel like the last good tiramisu i had was at the cheesecake factory.
I've looked for recipes, but i'm deterred by having to make any effort in the kitchen. anyone have a great tiramisu spot they would rave on and on about?
