Ate 5 Lobsters at Seafood Buffet!

Divalicious | Mar 16, 2005 05:36 PM

A friend and I went to the Courtyard Marriot's (College and Yonge) new all-you-can-eat Seafood Buffet 2 weeks ago. It's only offered on Saturday evenings and it was fairly good.

They offer nice salad items, cold cuts and cheese to start. Then there are hot dishes such as hip of beef, thai chicken, seafood newburg, rice, potatoes and few other hot dishes.

However the main attraction were the whole steamed lobsters! And they were a fairly decent size; not canners! We ate 5 whole lobsters each; with hot melted butter. It was glorious! They also offer other seafood items such as the ubiquitous peel'n'eat shrimp", mussels and clams. The only down-side was the service; although our waiter was quite pleasant, he was a little slow with our drinks and clearing the table between buffet courses.

The buffet is $24.95 a person. Can't wait to return. Yum, Yum!
